Power Lens XY aligner

Cube insert

This component is designed to be used inside a UC2 cube, allowing for better laser beam positioning through XY control.

#Assembly: ##Screws {pagestep}

• Place 2 heat inserts{qty:2} into the XY aligner base{qty: 1, cat:printedpart} using the Soldering iron{qty:1}

• Screw the hex head screws{qty:2}

##Lens Adapter {pagestep} Place the springs and screw the A-Adapter{qty: 1, cat:printedpart}

##Lens {pagestep}

Place the Lens{qty:1} in the [A-Adapter].

! Caution ! ! Do not touch the lens directly to avoid getting it dirty or scratched.

Put it in a cube!:{pagestep}

Take one of your UC2 cubes and place your assembled piece in it. You can purchase the cube or 3D print it, either option works fine.
