Admin Provider Update

An Admin can update Provider accounts. On the admin provider update page, I see a form that has the following fields: "username, password, confirm password, organization name, contact name, contact phone number, contact email address, description of services, provider categories, and process status => button to update

This would add functionality for admin to update a Provider by editing their information => PATCH/PUT to backend

Add ability to 'Approve' or 'Reject' agent and leave comments /feedback for that agent
