Burst mode rip all track and only do secure rip if AccurateRip check fails

I don't know if Whipper has this feature or not. On my Mac, I am using dBPowerAmp, and it works by doing a burst mode rip of a track and the does an accuraterip comparison, If it matches, then it knows the rip is good. If it fails, then it will do a secure re-rip of the track. This saved a LOT of time ripping CDs.

It's definitely possible, I do it in my own private/internal fork of morituri (not whipper, haven't updated it in a while). I'll see if I can get those parts shared here as well (the accurate rip checksum came from that work). I'll have to ask, though.

It's also not too hard to add in I think, if someone feels like it.
