UGS Still showing ALARM:Z even though Z axis seems to be working fine.

I wired up all of my motors and drivers and was getting an ALARM: XYZ and couldn't move any of the axis. After realizing that the wires from my drivers were not on the correct Arduino pins, I rewired and all of my axis are moving correctly using the Jog Controller.

However, I am still showing an ALARM: Z even though my Z axis seems to be moving fine. Is there any documentation on alarms?

I should add that I don't have the spindle currently wired. Could that be an issue?
