Updating

This module is constantly being updated and improved to remain compatible with the current OXID version, and to offer you all payment methods which are available in Wirecard solutions. Therefore, we recommend updating it to the latest version.

During the update, transaction data and database entries will not be modified.

This module follows the standard OXID rules. Before updating, we recommend creating a full backup of your shop ecosystem as a fallback.

Updating the Module

1. Navigate to the root directory of the OXID shop, e.g. cd /var/www/html/.

2. Update the module via Composer:
   composer update wirecard/oxid-ee

3. When prompted to overwrite wirecard/oxid-ee files, type y to accept and proceed.

4. In the admin panel of your shop, select Extensions/Modules:
   

5. Deactivate the Wirecard OXID Module and activate it again:
   

6. Reactivate the desired payment methods. The configuration for each payment method is preserved.
