E2 Formatter

Noobs to E2 are notoriously bad at formatting their code, this is especially known to people on the discord trying to help figure out their problems.

If a formatter was added, with easy access on the editor toolbar to format the editor's active code, this would help users debug their own code and develop clean formatting habits.

I'd prefer a single opinionated format as to not overcomplicate things. No unnecessary spacing between parenthesis, if (1) { on single line instead of putting the curly bracket on the line below, etc.
