each lesson has a tiles.json which defines the default tile layout
when a workshop loads the TWM loads the tile.json file and displays the initial tile grid
changing the tile.json file can change the layout or define which files and folders get opened by default or set it back to default
like any other tool, the TWM tool can open a "tile file" and then display the tiles.
if you open a file with unsupported content the program tells you that it cant load the file
tile.json file can stores the tile grid and note editor. initialy the users opens a new note file, and when they revisit the workshop, the tile.json file will load the saved grids and the already taken notes, so the user can continue where they left off
