IDAC example added

I have included an example for using the exciation currents IDAC1/IDAC2. Since it takes up to 200 µs until the IDACs are set up I have added a delay. Still I found some typos in comments and corrected them.

PGA example sketch and isPGABypassed() function added

Something went wrong with the last release

Strangely the last release still contained an older version of ADS1220.cpp although the new version was uploaded to GitHub?!
