Describe the bug
When tapping on setup payments from Onboarding, a store wizzard is loaded instead of the WC payments setup.

It is worth reviewing what URLs are we loading and if there's a way to avoid the WooCommerce store to be shown, when we are attempting to trigger the WC payments webview flow.
