Biggest takeaways:

• Localization is not translation
• What is information architecture in your country/culture/language?
• Role of the regional director can be strategic and/or tactical depending on what you want to do with. You decide how you want to approach your role as regional director.

Next steps:

• Summarize the discussions of the regional director role; remove the milestones (they are too prescriptive to be part of the role description and expectations doc).
• Rebranding survey, last call for edits/translations on July 17. Target time frame for survey is July 19 through Aug 16. This will be sent to organizer newsletter.
