List of off-hands is empty

Describe the bug
When I select my offhand to choose a different piece, it returns back an empty list no matter what filtering I apply. This was previously working yesterday.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on my offhand
2. Should display a list of available offhands

Expected behavior
A list of off hands

I have tried downloading the wowsims client and even locally I'm getting the same problem

The issue just resolved itself without any fix done, seems intermittent
