  1. Implemented Anub'arak AI and associated core support. 

    Only models main tanking the boss at present, and only models Phase 3 of
the encounter, since that is the relevant portion for gearing and
cooldown decisions. Leeching Swarm HPS contributions from the main tank
are subtracted from the tank's personal DPS in order to facilitate gear
optimizations.
