却发现回调函数里取值是数值变化前的值？变化前的数值没有什么意义。

数值变化的回调函数，触发时间是在数值改变之前的那一刻 。
所以你在回调函数直接通过绑定的data / VM路径取到的值是旧的值，只能从回调函数的参数中获取即将改变的新值。
