Ability to recornise walkup runs

The ExperimentName for walkup runs can be set to something like 'Walkup1-Repeat2', so the staging daemon log file contains errors like
Skipping /export/esa-sv-20201215-02/IL_seq_data/incoming/210909_A00971_0289_AHJHKMDRXY - error retrieving id_run
Consider adding a method to the long_info role, which would check the ExperimentName for a'Walkup` and similar strings so that both the staging daemon and the script flagging runs for deletion could recognise walkup runs and skip them with a correct (non-error) message.
