Clear RecycleBin for PowerToys Run. Simply invoke the command erb! and clear recycle-bin.
Minimum required version of PowerToys is 0.74.1 - make sure you've got this version installed.
Exit PowerToys, and save ClearRecycleBin.zip to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerToys Run\Plugins (or wherever your PowerToys is installed), and start PowerToys.
Open up PowerToys Run, and type the command erb!.
