发送消息后台显示发送用户收不到信息 #55

推送之后后台显示发送成功，但是用户那里并没有收到，消息开关已开启，也取消关注并重新关注了一下，也不行，并不是所有人都这样，十几个人，有三今天新关注的，俩不能收到，一个可以收到。联系qq3236241438

我也出现了这个问题, 找不到原因, 总不会服务器被攻击了吧?
