This pull request adds an admin control feature to expose users' shopping baskets that are currently at checkout. Specifically, it introduces a new method in the
OmsCartItemMapperinterface to retrieve the cart list for a specified member by their ID. This enhancement will allow administrators to view and manage the checkout baskets of users more effectively.
