Files with "&" are not file name matched correctly #1739

xbvr should match files with "&" characters in their names correct to scenes - but it currently does not.

Reproduction Steps:

Match a file with an "&" character in the file name to a scene.
Move that file to a different storage location.
Scan storage.
xbvr will not match the file with the scene.

Removing the "&" will fix the issue.
