"My Message" doesn't show up in the customer area.

I followed this page, installed the module and activated it, in the admin area, I can set the new property, but it doesn't show in customer area. My XCart version is 5.4.0.3

I have tested the module on 5.4.0.4 and it displays the message on product details page just fine.

It is done. I just put some random character set in the message area. Furthermore, I even tested with {% if this.getProduct().getMyMessage() %} and {% endif %} removed. The thread is https://forum.x-cart.com/showthread.php?t=77030 Thanks.
