Once the config file is ready, from the GRETEL root folder, execute

python src/utils/generate_folds.py --config_file [config_file_path] --output_folder [output_folder]

Then, execute

sh launchers/experiments_kalifano.sh output_folder

Once all the runs are done, you can run

python src/utils/generate_results.py --source_folder [output/results/[result_folder]] --output_file [results.csv]

and you can also run 

python src/utils/visualize.py --results_file [results.csv] --output_file [image.png]
