Yandex.Cloud Serverless supports connection, see https://yandex.cloud/ru/docs/functions/operations/database-connection?utm_referrer=about%3Ablank
But the terraform provider hasn't resource for connection element. Only functions, triggers and etc. See https://yandex.cloud/en/docs/functions/tf-ref

Please add an ability to create connections using terraform.
