• I forgot my INTI Microsoft student account password, what should I do?

Please send an email 📧 to INTI IT Services, helpdesk@newinti.edu.my to request for account password reset during working hours.

• Why I could not join a Team group via link?

Please ensure you are using your INTI Microsoft student account.

• Unable to open camera or share your screen during a meeting?

Ensure that you are accessing the meeting with Microsoft Teams software using your Microsoft registered student account.
