Last Update from Laravel 4

This is the remaining code that we can scavenge from the Laravel 4 Build and Updates it to Laravel 7, we strip this release a lot from it's features because of the dependencies and packages are not supported anymore (discontinued by their author(s)), so we decided to restart the whole project all over again and releases our other build.
