first, i make three buttons to AddChild

then,i want to make a Dialog to do something,just like this

i found view render just one by one,if i do AddChild Dialog not in a good position ,it will be like this

i do AddChild like that button1 , dialog , button2 , button3

in html css , z-index is a good way to handle this
or any best practices ?
