this plugin is a central part for our community servers, it features a welcome message, custom commands and rotating chat information

The z4lab community, as of April 25, 2021, no longer provides public game servers. This includes support for all software and services created or maintained by our team members. Under some exceptions, support may still be provided, but this is not expected in any view. It should also be noted that all software and services provided by us may no longer be functional. All provided softwares or services were created for and in the sense exactly for our community and fulfilled our purpose. Thank you for your understanding ~ ace

• welcome hint box and chat message
• custom chat commands like: !rules, !discord, !homepage or !steamgroup
• chat advertisements like: {nextmap}, {timeleft}, website link and so on
• alert box for commands like !ws and !skins - displays a message that these kind of plugins won't be supported on this server
  • also plays an error sound when such a command is triggered

this is my first "real" plugin and I'm still new to SourcePawn so keep that in mind :)
