detail 展示内网ip的功能 #327

🥰 需求描述

目前我在内网部署，非常好，但有一问题，就是在detail 展示的时候，全是出口的ip地址。

🧐 解决方案

能否设置一个开关，如果这个开关打开，就stat_client 获取本地的ip上报。
