Describe the bug
Change the window size to 0. test is Fail on Zephyr3.0.0 on qemu_x86

Results

FAIL: tcp.v4 got too few probes.

Also fails on qemu_x86 for Zephyr3.0.0

Will need to re-test with at least Zephyr v3.1.0 where ZWP sending was added.

Ok, so I assume this is still failure a failure? Apparently Maxwell Pro expects a ZWP with data...
