GetFinalPathNameByHandle not return correctly? #1

I tried compile xpext as dll and use example from MSDN to test it, but it give garbled path of the exe. instead of the path of input file.

How to use/test xpext?

Now it just for study, if you understand it, you can extract some code to use.
