Hi! I want to first thank you for such an amazing project! As a windows user, when I started using openlrc I encountered an error for missing the cuBLAS library, I eventually found in the faster-whisper repo installation guide that cuBLAS for CUDA11 is also needed. So I made a small change to the first step for installation to include this. I also added a little section (folded for more readability) for windows users to conveniently download the correct version of libraries from an archive. I can also help to write a detail guide on how to include the libraries into PATH variable if needed. I was hoping that these changes could help people who are new to CUDA and Whisper (like me) to better get started! Thanks again for the great project and I hope you can consider this PR!
