Hi. It is a useful work!
But when I ran the code I got some questions. What does the content inside the ‘fragment_num’ file mean, how is it formed and where is it used?

Thank you for your interest in our method. The term "fragment number" refers to the number of chromosomal fragments obtained after cleavage by the restriction enzyme. The method for processing fragments can be found here: https://github.com/nservant/HiC-Pro/blob/master/doc/MANUAL.md
