How to retry a failed l1->l2 transaction

Provide a brief description of the functionality you're trying to implement.

I send a message from l1 to l2, and it's successed on l1 but failed on l2.
How can I retry the transaction on L2?
Can't find the method for this.
The failed reason is the little gasLimit provided, but I cannot retry from L1 because the token has been locked.
