- Optionally disable searching for similar users
  on registration form.
- Password reset app now handles new kind of exceptions
  and point users to the proper support mail if
  request is expired.
- Redirect users to the summary page when submission
  of registration form failed for the first time, but
  succeeded the second time.

- New properties in perun-web-gui.properties
  "registrar.findSimilarUsers.disabled"
  "pwdreset.support.mail.[namespace]"
