Default tags are not propagated to ASG by default: https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/tutorials/aws/aws-default-tags#propagate-default-tags-to-auto-scaling-group
I propose this PR to propagate the default tags of the AWS provider to the Auto Scaling Group.
