Event when an already excluded node is being removed again

Description

If a user try to remove a node that has already been excluded, the exclusion process just stops, but I couldn't find a way to know what really happened, i.e a remove request was received by a node that is no longer in the network. Is there a way to get this information?
If not, could an event be added to inform the calling application that a remove request was received from a node that is no longer in the network?
