ZAC93 Long Range Cannot Include

Hello,

I'm having difficulty including devices when the ZAC93 is in Long Range mode. Here is what I tried in this log:
zwavejs_2024-11-04.log

1. Hard reset controller (ZAC93)
2. Put in USA Long Range mode and generate keys
3. Add device (ZEN37) via QR code from provisioning page
4. Put device in inclusion mode
5. Device will not add. After a while I'll see "Received Smart Start inclusion request" and "NWI Home ID not found in provisioning list, ignoring request" messages.
6. (end of log)

Other behavior I noticed when trying this multiple times:

• Same issue when attempting to add a ZEN15 and ZSE42.
• I actually can't include any devices when in long range mode. QR code and normal inclusion don't work.
• Smart start may not work with this controller in regular (not long range) mode as well, but I have not confirmed that.
• When switching back to regular USA (not long range) mode, phantom unknown devices appear in the node list. These can only be removed by hard reset (trying to remove them otherwise gives a "failed to ping" message and then fails to remove).

Any ideas? It seems Zooz doesn't yet have any updates for this controller to newer SDKs.

Hmmm another possible bug: I'm having a hard time getting it out of Long Range mode sometimes. The dropdown on the controller shows only "USA (Long Range)." There is a "USA" option in the ZWaveJS UI settings page, but setting it there or leaving that blank doesn't seem to successfully change the controller back.

I'm thinking that I somehow bricked this controller. I can't get it to add any devices now. It seems to see them but doesn't do anything when it finds a device to include.

OK, so after trying to use long range via Start Smart, I now am unable to add any devices whatsoever. I went back to my HUSBZB-1 for now.
