求适配到 PHP 8.3.12，解决PHP 的高危漏洞 CVE-2024-4577 #265

PHP 有一个高危漏洞CVE-2024-4577，漏扫通不过了，高危是必须解决的，否则必须强制下线。
我看了下，在PHP 8.3.12 才修复了这个漏洞，能不能适配到 PHP 8.3.12？
